Membership Primary Care
Need care today but aren't interested in a membership? We also offer one-time house call visits for acute illnesses and minor medical concerns.
We'll come to your home so you can avoid the waiting room and focus on feeling better.

House call visits are available throughout our standard service area. If you're outside that area, additional travel fees may apply.
